| :: Entering a Patient |
What It Is:
- The most commonly used feature of UFollowUp is the ability to add new contacts to the system so that they will automatically receive a series of personalized emails based upon their profile
- The emails promote an increased dialogue between sales person and contact (the example below shows the terminology that a new home builder would see when entering in a new prospect)
How It Works:
- You receive a contact’s information – perhaps through a phone call, in-person meeting or via an email inquiry.
- After you acquire the information someone in your visits UFollowUp.com, then fills in the brief form with the person’s contact information
- After the information is filled in a series of emails are automatically sent to the contact
- Nobody in the company every has to touch another button for all the emails to be delivered
- You can then also continue to send targeted, personalized emails to your new contacts

What It Is:
Practice Minders can take your existing electronic patient database and automatically upload their information into your system allowing you to instantly begin delivering personalized communications to your patients. Screen Shot of Database (see Ufollow-up features)

How It Works:
- If your existing patient database is very large or you do not wish to dedicate the time to enter your contacts into our system, for a small fee we can handle the upload of your patient database UFollowUp than you send us an electronic file
- Our customer service department will provide you with easy to follow instructions to properly format your database for easy upload into our system.
- Once uploaded, your patients will automatically begin receiving any materials you have selected and scheduled, such as letters, patient education materials, surveys, greeting cards and your monthly health newsletter.
- Once your database is in place, additional personalized emails can be created to instantly send to any or all patients in your database. Targeted emails can be sent to any individual or group of patients you wish to reach with the exact message you want them to read

What It Is:
- Anyone with access can easily locate the account information of a particular contact or group of contacts through the Search function in your administrative area.
How It Works:
- Go to the Advanced Search page and fill in the desired search parameters
- The results of the search are then shown
- If a more filtered search is needed one can just go back to the search page and narrow the selection criteria

What It Is:
- Choose, edit or write content for each email that sent out
- Any email may be automated to be sent on a pre-determined schedule removing the burden from you and your staff.
- All emails are automatically sent out on your chosen office letterhead template and personalized with your contacts name and office information.
- Create an unlimited amount of templates in order to quickly be able to send any contact the necessary message that is needed
How It Works:
- Visit the Manage Templates page and either edit an existing template or create a new message
- Editing an existing message or creating a new message is done by simply typing in the desired copy
- Personalization fields can be inserted using drop-down menus
- After writing a new message it can be previewed in its graphic format
- • Further editing can be done or the new letter can be saved for future use
