How Maestro Works

Maestro is a web based product accessed exclusively through www.PracticeMinders.com , so the only requirements of the doctor are to establish an Internet connection from their office, initiate direct response marketing campaigns to capture the Email addresses of potential patients and enter basic information about existing patients, including of course, their Email address. There is no hardware or software to buy. Contained within Maestro is a wealth of pre-formatted graphically rich content for the doctor to choose from, including marketing programs, letters, patient education materials, and much, much more. Content can be chosen by the doctor “as is” or can be re-written or customized and saved for use in their own personalized version of Maestro. This content is then scheduled during the set-up process to be emailed precisely when the doctor wants a patient to receive his or her materials. Doctors can even add and automate their own content. Because its flexibility Maestro will reflect the personality and preferences of each individual user, rarely functioning or appearing exactly the same way for any two doctors. Once this one-time set up process is complete, Maestro will take over and run, as programmed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on behalf of the practice, forever. Things such as marketing materials, welcome letters, patient newsletters, holiday greeting cards, birthday cards, referral stimulators, reminders, promotions, surveys and patient education materials, all personalized, will now be sent efficiently, cheaply and automatically. System Requirements
Practice Minders is dedicated to simplicity. The only requirement to use any Practice Minders product is Internet access with the ability to read email and browse the web. This applies to both your office and the patients you communicate with. There is nothing to download, no hardware to buy and no software to install. We handle everything so you dont have to!
